Rhinelander-Oneida County Airport (RHI) is planning to file an application with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to impose and use a Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) to fund capital improvement projects. This notice is being issued to meet PFC application filing requirements set forth in 14 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) § 158.24.
