Responsible for the operation, safety and regulatory compliance of the Airport and its employees in accordance with the policies, procedures and directives of the Rhinelander/Oneida County Airport Commission and applicable Federal, State and Local regulations.
The airport currently operates with seven employees.
Airport Assistant Director
The Airport Assistant Director is responsible for clerical duties, billing, parking program administration, and a variety of other administrative tasks in assisting the Airport Director with safety and regulatory compliance of the Rhinelander/Oneida County Airport.
Buildings and Facilities Manager
The Buildings and Facilities Manager oversees the daily activities of the Airport Operations Department, as well as, maintenance of all airport facilities, buildings, grounds, and vehicles.
The five person Operations staff is responsible for maintaining security, safety and inspection of airfield areas and buildings to ensure compliance with FAA rules and regulations. This department is also responsible for aircraft rescue and firefighting duties.
Airport Administration staff is available Monday through Friday, 8 am-4 pm, excluding Federal and State holidays.
