Rhinelander-Oneida County Airport has established a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) program in accordance with Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) of the U. S. Department of Transportation (DOT), 49 CFR Part 26. All reference to Subparts and Section numbers throughout this DBE policy (i.e. Subpart A, 26.1, 26.3, etc.) are to the 49 CFR Part 26 regulations.
